World athletics in Valencia

The best world athletes take part in the 12th IAAF Indoor World Athletics Championship sttarting March 7th until the 9th. Runners, jumpers, and other athletics champions will try to stay on top of the world athletics ranking at the Palau Velódromo Lluis Puig. The infrastructure is a guarantee for the success of the competition.

The first IAAF Indoor World Championship took place in Paris in 1985, two years after the first outdoor world championship competition was organized.

This time, Spanish athletes enjoy the advantage of having trained at home. With great enthusiasm, they hope to win several medals and break records at this event.
