Segorbe holds its II Muestra Gastronómica de las Setas

Over the course of eight days, 11 restaurants in the town of Segorbe will be putting into practice their knowledge about wild mushrooms, acquired over the generations, to offer different menus that allow you to sample the wide variety of flavours they can bring to meals. Spurred on by the success of last year's edition, Segorbe will be putting more wood on fire to really get things cooking at the 2nd Wild Mushroom Gastronomic Exhibition.

From November 8th onwards, expert restaurateurs will be revealing the secrets of their kitchens and offering menus based on locally grown natural ingredients.  Locally produced wines will be served alongside these unforgettable dishes, which you will be able to try for around €30 to €35 per person.
