On-line talent at the Campus Party 2008

The first Campus Party was held in Spain in 1997 and it has always aimed to make society as a whole more aware of modern technology.  If the 2007 Campus Party Valencia attracted 8,100 campusgeeks, for 2008 the organisers predict that between 28th July and 3rd August the number of participants will be significantly higher.

Over 60,0002 metres in various Feria Valencia halls, 6,000 computers, 300 hours devoted to training, including workshops, conferences and activities, 3,000 tents and 200 staff will ensure that everything goes according to plan.

For seven days, the event brings together young people from all over Spain with a common passion - modern technology. Their enthusiasm can be seen in the software and digital creation projects they proudly display. They bring with them their talent and Campus Party provides the facilities.
