8th Seafood Gastronomy Exhibit at Vila Joiosa

 
La Vila Joiosa is well-known for the richness of its gastronomy, with richly intense flavors combining fish and rice as their main element. The combination of seafood with traditional gastronomy results in exquisite dishes based on the top quality produce of the region.

The Seafood Gastronomy Exhibit gives testimony of this rich heritage. Starting February 25th until March 2nd, seventeen participating restaurants offer a rich and diverse offer of sampling menus exclusively made for the occasion, where tradition and innovation are fused to produce spectacular results.
