GENERIC PRIVACY POLICY

By virtue of article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection, we inform on the following issues: The completion of personal data on this form is compulsory for its inclusion in the "User file of the tourist website of the Region of Valencia". The holder of this data takes full responsibility for the veracity thereof. The purpose of the said file is to manage website to access the various services and send promotional tourist messages on the Valencia Region via e-mail. This file is duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection. The individual concerned will be able to exercise his or her right of access, opposition, correction and cancellation, by appearing in person at L'Agència Valenciana del Turisme, which is Responsible for the File with VAT number Q-9655770-G, with registered offices at Avenida de Aragón 30, 8ª, 46021-Valencia or by sending a letter together with a copy of the National Identification Document (DNI).
