By virtue of article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection, we inform on the following issues: The completion of data on this form is compulsory for its inclusion in the "User's file for tourist website of the Region of Valencia" and the holder of the data takes full responsibility for the veracity thereof. The purpose of the said file is to manage the website users to use the different website services and to send promotional tourist e-mails on the Region of Valencia. This file is duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection. The individual concerned will be able to exercise his or her right of access, opposition, correction and cancellation, by appearing in person at L'Agència Valenciana del Turisme, which is Responsible for the File with VAT number Q-9655770-G, with registered offices at Avenida de Aragón 30, 8ª, 46021-Valencia or by sending a letter together with a copy of the National Identification Document (DNI).
