This building was the property of the Conde de Lumiares and then, at a later stage, the home of the Provincial Archives. At the present time, it houses the Provincial Gallery of Fine Arts (MUBAG), with works belonging to the Provincial Council, mainly paintings from XIX and XX centuries.
