El Castell de Guadalest is an incredible destination that is bursting with history and culture. A village where even the smallest things will take you aback. If you don’t believe us, head on over to Museo de Microminiaturas, the Museum of Micro-miniatures, and be inspired by what you see.

This is the most peculiar of museums where you will see images depicted on the tiniest of objects. The Statue of Liberty on a drop of water, for instance. It may seem impossible, but you'll discover it is possible in the museum that is populated with detailed pieces that are precise to the millimetre.

Other exceptional objects include Picasso’s Guernica painted on a seed, Goya’s Third of May 1808 on a grain of rice and the Naked Maja on the wing of a fly.

All the works are made by the talented Manuel Ussá, one of the best micro-miniaturists in the world. The museum combines magic, the unbelievable and the challenges of the laws of nature in the micro-miniatures on display.

Come and discover this unusual world for yourself. You won't believe your eyes.
