The mountains of the Vall de Gallinera hold the secret of one of the best paella recipes in the Region of Valencia. These are places where every day, after working in the fields, they eat rice cooked over a wood fire with a characteristic taste of rosemary. We invite you to see how Evaristo, who lives in one of the valley's prettiest villages, cooks a typical paella of this region with vegetables from his vegetable garden and meat from his farm. A true mountain delight. 8 person minimum.
