Along with the festivities in honor of the patron saints, the celebration called "the Segregation" it is noteworthy. This festivity is held every year on 22 March and it commemorates the Constitution of San Isidro as an municipality independent from Albatera.

This day, all the population gathers in the town hall square and have a snack and then taste the popular "giant cake". This act ends with an open-air ball.
