Old Town and Castle
A walk up through the old town takes us to the castle, a Muslim fortress, called the 300 towers. On the way, we can see the Almudín Square, the pottery dels Sotabalcons and the chapels, the Portal de San Pedro, the Main Church, and Blood Church (Iglesia de la Sangre), the Sant Vicente Ferrer chapel, the old mosque, and the Escaletes dels Gats.
Local History Museum, inside the castle, contains a set of unique Muslim plasterworks in the Region of Valéncia.
In the Manolo Safont Tile Museum, ceramic objects are exhibited from Roman times to the present day, a walk through the evolution of tile, the main industry of Onda.
The Museum of Natural Sciences "El Carmen" exhibits an impressive content, quality and variety. More than 10,000 specimens of the animal, vegetable, and mineral world.
