This is an old oil mill located next to the Rambla de Cervera. This building was built in the 15th century and functioned as a stately oil monopoly until the 1920s. Monument declared BIC, it has now been converted into a visitors' centre.

Its original wooden press from 1606 and its large counterweight towers show all the phases of the ancestral production of oil, from the drying of the olives to the grinding, pressing and purification of this liquid gold.

In the shop you can buy a wide variety of local olive oil, cosmetics and olive wood articles as well as carry out a free tasting of monovarietal oils on request. Besides, you will be able to purchase visits of natural/cultural interest (Cervera del Maestre, millenary olive trees, dry stone...).
