The inhabitants of Sant Mateu bring out onto the streets all their folklore and traditions during the festivities in honour of the Patron Saint. Visitors can learn the “Ball Pla” and the complicated “Fandango”. Also in these celebrations, the town is animated with bull running, open-air dances and concerts.
