A rectagular floored building with an Arab two-sloped tiled roof. The structural system is of single arch porticos, parallel to the façade. The factory is of masonry and the voussoired arches are crudely worked. In 1386 the grand master of Montesa Friar Alberto deThous allowed the establishment of ovens in the town this being one of those documented.
