Route available to all publics that can be done in any time of the year from Flaó river, where we'll go for a walk contemplating a lot of nature, history and culture of Vilanova d'Alcolea. Vilanova d'Alcolea keeps wonderful corners to discover, and Flaó river is one of the. The main reason for that is that is it is one of the few places in Maestrat to find water in surface. Therefore we shall find numerous animal and plant species in it, and also a great deal of senies (an ancient machine invented by Muslims to extract water from wells). Following the rives we'll reach Assut and Ildum, an ancient Roman settlement in the way between Saguntum i Dertosa. A route to enjoy peacefully!
