We encourage you to know and practice Nordic Walking in a spectacular setting such as the Peñagolosa Natural Park. Nordic Walking is a type of walking that includes not only the action of the legs as in normal walking, but also the upper part of the body. Walking sticks specially designed for this modality are used. It is a gentle integral technique that exercises 90% of the body's muscles. Among its many benefits, it helps improve mobility and flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination.
In this activity you'll have an official instructor who will teach you the basic technique. The walk will last from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the physical conditions of the participants. After the walk you will be able to taste a menu with typical local dishes and quality products such as the Vistabella truffle. The accommodation will be in a small rural hotel with a lot of charm where you will enjoy a homemade dinner and a breakfast with sweets from the oven.
