Itinerary
Castle of La Mola and Sanctuary of Santa María Magdalena
We will begin our visit at the Castle of La Mola, located on a hill at 360 meters above sea level and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest since 1931.
Next to it, we will admire the Sanctuary of Santa María Magdalena, designed by the Novelda engineer José Sala Sala, with clear influences from the modernist style of Antonio Gaudí.
Modernist Tour of Novelda
We will enter the historic center to discover the Modernist Houses, with special attention to the Modernist House Museum of Novelda. This architectural jewel, designed by Pedro Cerdán Martínez, was the home of Antonia Navarro Mira and represents a magnificent example of modernism at the beginning of the 20th century.
Optional food
For those who do not opt for food, there will be free time until 4:00 p.m. to explore the historic center and visit emblematic buildings such as the Novelda Casino, built in the 19th century.
