We will enjoy this first day of a walk through the Sierra de Quatretonda, witness to countless confrontations between Moors and Christians at the time of the Reconquest by JAUME I, border of the Vall D¿Albaida, its typical Mediterranean forests with pines and low scrub mainly , have served as livelihood for the inhabitants of this area. We will go through forest tracks and agricultural roads until we reach the LA BASTIDA refuge, an old shepherds refuge, where we will rest.
