Ingredients

• 4 large scallops
• Vegetables: courgette, leek, and smaller amounts of carrot, Italian green pepper
and fresh ginger (only a little because it’s very strong)
• Alioli
• Orange blossom honey
• Fresh chives

Preparation

Cortar toda la verdura en juliana y saltear con poco aceite, dejándola al dente, y reservar. Mezclar el ajoaceite con la miel en una proporción aproximada de 20% miel y 80% de ajoaceite. En una sartén o plancha bien caliente, marcar los troncos de vieira dorándolos por fuera y dejándolos poco hechos en el centro.
