Fira Trovam is back with Valencian music this November
From the 11 to the 14 November, Castelló de la Plana will be filled with the notes of music sung in Valencian language. Fira Trovam is back with its 8th edition to bring musicians and the public together around local music.
The Region of Valencia is the birthplace of all sorts of artists, from musicians and actors to painters and writers. Over many years, the region has therefore continuously supported and promoted art and culture throughout the area, with many cities, towns and villages becoming the backdrop to some of the greatest festivals in Europe, national and international films and series, as well as the home of some of the most unique museums in the world.
Similarly, all the provinces in the region work hard to value and give visibility to local artists. As part of this initiative and with great anticipation, Castelló de la Plana is welcoming the 8th edition of Fira Trovam, a festival dedicated to Valencian music. On the programme are live performances, debates and conferences featuring distinguished producers, musicians, promoters and managers to fully explore the world of Valencian music during the four days of the festival.
From the 11 to the 14 November, the leading festival in the Valencian music scene will seek to make music one of the keys to unlocking the social, cultural, tourist and economic development of Valencians.
Like every year, L’Auditori de Castelló will be the main stage of Fira Trovam. Teatre Principal will also host a number of the festival’s performances and events. If you love music sung in Valencian, you can look forward to live performances by artists and groups like Ciudad Jara, David Pastor Quartet, Anna Andreu, Ovidi 25, Maria Arnal i Marcel Bagés and Tardor.
