15 great chefs of Alicante, Castellón and Valencia have created 15 recipes based on local products of the Region of Valencia. The cookbook is the perfect combination of the talent of our professionals and the great quality of our fresh products. A real invitation to discover our gastronomy!
The sea, the orchard and the mountains are the sources of our local product and the basis of our diet. For this first recipes, they have selected products such as the Benicarló artichoke, the red prawn from Denia, the rice from Valencia, the molar pomegranate from Elche, the khaki from Ribera del Xúquer, cherries from the mountain of Alicante, the tiger nut from Valencia, citrus fruits, loquats from Callosa d'En Sarrià, the clochina (mussels) from Valencia, the turrón (nougat) from Alicante, and the tomato from El Perelló. An incredible representation of local products, exclusive from the Region of Valencia, which place our gastronomy as one of the most appreciated and valued in the present scenario.
The guide has the collaboration of Michelin star chefs like Quique Dacosta, Kiko Moya, Susi Díaz, Raul Resino, Manuel Alonso and Michael Barrera, along with nine other great chefs from Alicante, Castellón and Valencia.
