Do not expect minimalism or sensationalism, Tasca del Puerto will surprise you with refined cuisine, an expression of the seafaring tradition of the Grao de Castellón with a very personal touch.
Among its specialities we find the anchovy toast with its crispy spine, the spaghetti stuffed with shrimps, the crunchy brandade of cod, the “butifarreta” (a local sausage) and many other delicious preparations. The Tasca del Puerto winery includes extensive representation of the best national wines of the different denominations of origin, French champagnes and spirits from many corners of the world.
Reme Domínguez is the chef who leads the kitchen of the seafood restaurant. His career of more than 20 years does not prevent him from continuing to be curious about moving forward, innovating and discovering new horizons with passion and detail.
