Increase your knowledge of the winemaking process. During the visit you will learn about the entire wine-making process: from how the vines are cared for and how they multiply until the wine is served in the glass. First you will walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, where you will be able to appreciate the different grape varieties. Then we will visit one of the old cellars dating back to 1783 and appreciate the traditional methods of winemaking. We will enter the winery's facilities, which house the latest winemaking technology, where we will be able to learn about the most avant-garde winemaking techniques. Finally, we will taste 3 of our wines paired with local sausages in the ageing cellar of the winery.
