Albaida celebrates its Moors and Christians fiesta during the month of October, thus, around the third or fourth week of the month of April, the city celebrates the fact that half a year has passed since the last fiesta, or in other words, that there is only half a year to go until the next fiesta. For this celebration all the groups are present for the whole festive day. The half year cannot be celebrated without good food and good music, although the main celebration takes place at night, when, around midnight, and after the traditional group supper, a parade is carried out.
