If one gastronomic product defines the Region of Valencia it is rice. This free cycling and walking tour will take you on a discovery of the famous Valencian grain. You will start by making your way through the rice fields close to Cullera and visit a rice mill. You will then head to the Rice Museum, which is housed in a renovated chapel, where you will learn about the origins of rice and the traditional production process. To complete the tour, you will savour a rice liquor as you gaze at breathtaking views. The tour is running this September. Will we see you there?
