Carlos de Borja, son of San Francisco de Borja, ordered the building that, originally, was destined to become a Franciscan convent. Nowadays it is home to the facilities of the Cultural Centre, with the municipal library and the Post office. In spite of its modern uses, in the interior it is possible to visit the cloister of the original convent, which is of great architectural interest.
