In Náquera, there are three bullfighting clubs: the Peña del Cuerno (Horn Club), the Peña Taurina (Bullfighting Club) and the Peña de los Clavarios (Clavarios Club). The Bous al Carrer festival is celebrated throughout the month of August and each club organizes it for a week. The bullfighting events consist of the 'Entrà' or running of cows and the testing. In the afternoon, a new testing of cows, untamed bulls or points is performed. Finally, at night the entry and release of "embolados" bulls takes place. In addition to the bullfighting activities, cavalcades and parades are organized.
