These festivals are held during the weekend after 15 January. That Saturday, countless bonfires made by the clubs and associations in town are burned in the streets and the people meet for dinner around them. At midnight, the Main Bonfire organized by the Town Council is burned. A tasting of typical gastronomic products and sangria, which is called "zurra" in Siete Aguas, is celebrated. That Sunday, a blessing of animals is held, breads called "lavoretas" and saint medals are given away, and the Town Council organize a pet contest.
