Take a boat ride on the Albufera and learn about the history of the wetlands, birdlife, fishing and the tancats where rice is grown. You¿ll find out about traditional rice growing techniques, varieties and related products. You¿ll visit Finca Estell and see fields, dryers, barns, finished product storage, etc. We will try different rice dishes paired with Valencian wine and rice beer in a barraca, a traditional Valencian farmhouse. At the end of the visit, you¿ll have the chance to try a rice cream liqueur.
