In paella workshop you will learn how to cook an authentic paella with D.O. rice with local chefs from El Palmar, the birthplace of Paella. All this in the heart of the Albufera of Valencia.

In the workshop area the group will be divided into two teams (blue and orange) to start THE COMPETITION.


Once the paellas are finished, both teams will sit at the table to taste the prepared dishes and the jury will decide the winning team.


All this in the heart of the Albufera de Valencia

We can also do a guided tour of the natural park.
