We start the activity with a guided visit to the Mediterranean Garden of native plants, and we will learn about the traditional farming tools used by the farmers of l'Horta. We will visit our organic vegetable garden, explaining the different crops and harvesting the seasonal products that we will use in the preparation of salads and paella.

While we have an aperitif typical of the garden, the Paella Workshop will begin, during which our cook will explain the steps to cook a Valencian Paella with firewood.

At the end, the Paella will be served together with salads from the garden, ending the day with typical desserts and coca cristina with mistela.
