Located at the Airport – Arrivals Level of Manises Airport, the office provides tourist information, personalised assistance in several languages, comprehensive planning of visitors’ stay in the city, and access to the purchase and booking of tourism services and products, ensuring efficient travel organisation and saving time and unnecessary waiting.

An external touchscreen kiosk is available for the purchase and collection of the València Tourist Card bought here. This service is available 24 hours a day.

ACCESSIBILITY

The office is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It features an accessible service counter, a hearing loop for visitors with hearing impairments, assistance for people with reduced mobility, a magnifying glass, city maps with pictograms, and a map with QR-coded routes for people with visual and hearing impairments.
