During this tour we will put ourselves in the shoes of a Roman in Hispania and we will be able to visit different archaeological sites to understand the culture and gastronomy of this civilization. It is known that the Romans drank wine, in fact it was part of their diet. During today's visit we will taste some of these Roman wines macerated with spices and enjoy a picnic with typical products of the time. Do you dare to join us and discover more? We will do a tasting of different Gustatio (aperitifs) paired with 2 wines that, after several studies, historians, archaeologists and winemakers have managed to replicate. During the picnic we will be able to taste some of the traditional appetizers that were served in the famous Roman banquets.

Small groups (max 7 people). Transport by van departing from Valencia. We will visit the Roman Theater of Sagunto. After enjoying Sagunto, we will continue north following the old Via Augusta to visit a Villae Rusticae where we will get to know better how they lived in the old Roman farms, what they cultivated and what they produced. After a walk around the Villae we will be able to taste some products that were consumed in Ancient Rome as a picnic.
