Between the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the splendor of the citrus trade and the export of orange internationally made the small town of Borriana a great showcase of the architectural fashions of the time, and numerous merchants and wealthy families dressed their houses with facades that emulated those of the great European capitals. Discover these stories and the artistic details of modernism, historicalism and other architectural currents by taking a pleasant walk through the city, and visiting the interior of some of the most emblematic buildings of the Belle Epoque.
