The cultivation of olives and production of olive oil have deep roots in Spain¿s history. Olive oil has been coined as liquid gold or Mediterranean gold, as throughout history it has been a very important and valued product. On the tour we visit a family run olive grove farm and see how they produce olive oil. The farm we visit is located in Relleu and their olive oils have won various international awards for their top quality product. This is a great option to see the inland mountainous region of Alicante and spend a day in the country side.
