The Poblado de Sant Josep is an archaeological site designated a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC), strategically located on the hill that is home to the famous Coves de Sant Josep. This historic site encompasses various phases of occupation: from its origins in the late Bronze Age, through the imposing defensive architecture of the Iberians and the subsequent Roman influence, to its strategic importance during the Al-Andalus period.
On this 1-hour tour led by a professional guide, you’ll be able to view the excavated remains and take a walk through the preserved structures: part of the wall, various watchtowers, dwellings, and streets.
