The towns and villages of Almedíjar, Altura, Betxí, El Toro, Gaibiel, Jérica, Segorbe and Viver are all taking part in this foodie event, now in its 27th edition, which is designed to show off the fine products and quality cuisine of Alto Palancia.

Once you’ve explored the area's stunning landscapes and fascinating heritage, you can sit down to a set menu that features traditional ollas, meat stews cooked for hours over a low heat, lovingly prepared cod, and pulses and rice dishes that are bursting with flavour.
