Learn how to cook authentic Alicante paellas! Participants will be able to live the experience of cooking one of the most significant and representative dishes of our cuisine.

At the end of the competition, there will be a tasting and evaluation of the different preparations and all participants will be able to taste their creations.

Guided tour of Guadalest, one of the most emblematic and picturesque villages on the Costa Blanca. The tour allows you to discover its history as you pass through the unique rock-hewn entrance and wander its charming streets. During the visit, you will see notable sites such as San José Castle, the Orduña House and the viewpoints with stunning views over the valley and the turquoise reservoir of Guadalest. A cultural experience in a unique setting.

A hiking route through the Serra Gelada Natural Park that combines nature, history and spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The experience begins with a visit to the Interpretation Centre and continues along the trail to the panoramic viewpoints. During the walk you discover the ancient ochre mines and reach the iconic Lighthouse of *l'Albir, a unique place to explore the natural and cultural heritage of this protected area.

We propose to carry out a Team building activity where, by teams, the attendees would make a Falla.

Each team would make different Ninots to finally put them together in a final Falla that could represent the company.

In this way, team cohesion is worked with the aim of creating something in common among all. The theme of the falla will be adapted to the objectives of the company, the logo, ... The act of the cremà (if the client decides to burn it) should not be considered as a step to a new stage.

It will be the fallero artists themselves who will explain the different techniques used and some other curiosities. We will start from a previously prepared base to which we will add the ninots that we will build with our own hands.
