Ribalta Park and Rafalafena Park
Ribalta Park is one of those places that will stay in your heart forever. It is the city’s green lung. Ringed by stunning buildings with Art Nouveau façades, it usually has a fascinating cultural programme planned. Rafalafena Park, meanwhile, has an extraordinary variety of tree species and a children's play area. Perfect if you're travelling with your family!
Pont de Ferro Park and Traditional Games Park
On our tour of the parks of Castellón de la Plana, we come to Pont de Ferro Park, a great place to go for a run, with interesting facilities such as basketball courts and a skatepark. It’s worthwhile pausing to admire the skaters as they perform their tricks! In the Traditional Games Park, you'll find children's games and a petanque court, as well as calisthenics facilities.
Meridiano Park and Pinar Park
Did you know that the Greenwich meridian passes through one of the parks in Castellón de la Plana? That's right. Meridian Park owes its name to this coincidence. You'll even find a geographical landmark where you can take a selfie. Meanwhile, Pinar Park, the city’s largest green area, is one of the liveliest in terms of activities like concerts, competitions and exhibitions. It also has an area for cooking paella and barbecues!
