 Located in the center of the city, in a strategic enclave - in the Consistorial Building itself, next to the main door of the City Hall, the office offers a tourist information service, personalized advice in different languages, comprehensive planning of the stay in the city, access to the purchase and booking of tourist resources of the destination, ensuring a good organization of the trip and saving time and waiting time. There is a touch KIOSK for purchase and collection of the VALENCIA TOURIST CARD acquired through www.visitvalencia.com. Located inside the tourist office.

RESERVATION OF TOURIST SERVICES:

  • Guided tours on foot, by bicycle, Segway... through the historic center of the city, maritime villages, Albufera, and other places of interest. Thematic tours: Silk Route, Grail Route and Religious Art, Fallas Tour, Natural Park of l'Albufera, Day Tours... Bicycle rental, Segway...
  • Gastronomic experiences: tapas and wine tours, gastronomic tours, paella workshop, dinner and show, wine bus... Sea activities: catamaran, sailing excursion, sunset, lunch and swim excursion, jet ski, flyboard...

From March to October: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Closed on December 25, January 1 and 6.
