Sobre las faldas del monte del Castillo se .desliza. Tuéjar, entre un sinfín de barrancos que copan su amplio término, plagado de parajes de alto valor paisajístico. El municipio cuenta con una de las más importantes superficies de masa forestal de la Comunidad Valenciana, con más de 100 kilómetros cuadrados, en unos montes que forman parte de las estribaciones de la cordillera Ibérica. Todo es poco para describir el enclave en el que se encuentra esta población por la que discurre el río Turia y que, además, ofrece una rica historia labrada en sus piedras.
