Our starting point for this excursion will be the Parc of Batoi. The first part of the route follows the old railway track. Once we get to the Parc of El Romeral, we will take the Els Llençols lane climb up to the El Preventori area.
From this point, the route is easier and follows the GR7. We will reach a hill and then we will find ourselves at a fork. We will keep on the local lane which will take us to El Castellar. We suggest climbing up to this natural vantage point from where we will be able to enjoy a wide landscape and where the remains of an old fortified settlement which dates back to Muslin times can still be found. We will then walk back and descend a slightly deeper slope which, in a few minutes, will take us back to our starting point.
In this area you can find many signposted lanes which give you the chance to connect with other routes, as well as try new ones.
