PROGRAM OF EVENTS

Friday, September 6 Great Dawn of Ravalet

24:00 h: GREAT DAWN at the Hermitage of Montserrat, with a bouquet of fireworks. At the end, GREAT musical VERBENA on Pl. del Ravalet.

Sunday, September 8, Virgin of Montserrat Festival

08:00 H: WAKE UP with the firing of fireworks and the “COLLA DE DOLÇAINA I TABALET EL NUVOLET”.

11:30 a.m.: OFFERING OF FLOWERS to the Virgin of Montserrat.

12:00 pm: MASS at the Hermitage of Montserrat.

1:00 p.m.: Beer TASTING.

2:00 p.m.: GRAN TRACA TERREMOTO and traditional DANSÀ.

8:30 p.m.: PROCESSION, departure from the Hermitage of Montserrat that will travel through the streets of Ravalet and Poble Nou. Next: Bouquet of Fireworks.

11:00 p.m.: GREAT musical VERBENA on Pl. del Ravalet.

The Ravalet festivities, dedicated to the Virgin of Monserrat, are the porch of the Moors and Christians of Mutxamel. Its narrow streets and its Moorish square, festooned with colorful flags, are filled with neighbors and visitors who do not want to miss the centenary Dansà at noon. As night falls, the faithful accompany the image of the Virgin on its typical journey, until it returns to the beautiful hermitage located on the Alameda promenade.
