During the split olive and Borriol carob days you can taste our Borriolenca olive variety and its oil. The international split olives contest takes place here, in which each contestant presents a tasting of their best artisan seasoned olives, both in the traditional category (with flavor), and free. The creative cooking with carob contest is also held.
Tastings and workshops are held on the traditional uses of carob, such as the typical Borriol carob chocolate Coca, or more innovative uses such as in our creative cooking contest with carob.
The catering businesses of the municipality also offer their own versions of tastings made with olive and carob from Borriol.
We also have workshops or talks on the subject such as "The history of the gastronomic landscape of Borriol".
In addition to all this we have activities related to the gastronomy of Km0 such as tastings of olive oil from the area, or workshops and showcooking.
