On October 18th and 19th, 2025, the town of Borriol will host the 6th Olive and Carob Fair, a gastronomic and cultural event that will also include the 4th Local Food Fair (km 0). This well-established event in the Plana region has become a showcase of traditional products and the rich gastronomy of the municipality.

The Plaza de la Torre will be transformed into a space dedicated to two crops deeply rooted in the territory: olives and carobs. The fair brings together gastronomy, history, and nature, offering visitors a unique experience where traditional flavours blend with the welcoming atmosphere of the town.

Throughout the weekend, residents and visitors will enjoy:

Stands featuring local and artisanal products.
Tastings and gastronomic workshops.
Live music and family-friendly activities.
Talks and demonstrations on the cultivation and processing of olives and carobs, with special attention to their historical and economic importance for Borriol.

With this sixth edition, Borriol reaffirms its commitment to Mediterranean cuisine based on local products, popular culture, and its natural surroundings, offering a full weekend of activities just a few kilometres from the capital of La Plana.
