The last
10th edition of Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Olla Segorbina
Now in its 10th edition, Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Olla Segorbina is a foodie event dedicated to Segorbe’s traditional stew, olla segorbina.
This year, no fewer than seven restaurants will serve special menus that shine the spotlight on this wintery dish and its tasty ingredients, namely beans, cardoon and blood sausage. Tasca el Refugio, Casa Alba, María de Luna, Millán, 50 Caños and Gastroadictos are just some of the restaurants taking part in the event.
Alongside this, the town is running a number of guided tours, taking you to Medieval Segorbe and the destination’s fort, Fuerte de la Estrella. We look forward to seeing you there.

Farándula Fest 2022
Make your way to Espai Rabasa in Alicante on the 15 and 16 April for an unmissable urban music festival. The biggest artists and up-and-coming names will take to the stage as part of Farándula Fest 2022, an event setting the intention for a summer of festivals.
Hip hop group Sevilla SFDK meets Kidd Keo and his new trap sound. Juancho Marqués will play his signature pop, electro and hip hop mix, Green Valley will pair reggae and danceball, and Errecé, Fernando Costa, Luc Loren, Omar Montes, Lérica, Lennis Rodríguez, Kaze, Despistaos and Dani Fernández will do what they do best.
