This international celebration, reminding us every year that Valencian paella is much more than just a recipe, is back! Take note and get ready to experience a unique gastronomic event in an iconic location.
World Paella Day 2025 is here! Our most famous recipe is once again the star of a fantastic event held in València, boasting an incredible atmosphere and the chance to savour exquisite rice dishes.
The venue? El Tinglado nº2 in La Marina de València. Tell your family and friends, you simply mustn't miss it!
World Paella Day Activities
World Paella Day 2025 will be held on 20 September, when we invite you to visit La Marina de València to savour exquisite rice dishes at affordable prices. Imagine eating outdoors, caressed by a sea breeze, with a backdrop formed of the masts of the moored sailing boats.
Furthermore, as part of World Paella Day celebrations, the World Paella Day Cup will be awarded, bringing together international chefs, true experts in the recipe for our paella. The most authentic Valencian flavour will be conjured up under the hands of chefs from far-flung corners of the globe!
A giant screen will be set up so you can enjoy watching the grand final and the award ceremony for the best Valencian paella.
