If you are keen to stay in the water, but looking for something a little less high-octane, you can always go paddle surfing or kayaking. 

If you fancy trying a little bit of everything, the adventure days are just what you’re looking for. From obstacle courses to ziplines and archery, this is an incredible way to explore the natural world with your friends and family while having a whole lot of fun. 

And then there is canyoning. With a choice of either a dry or wet course, you will make your way through the obstacles posed by a natural gorge, climbing over rocks, abseiling down steep sections and even sliding into natural pools.

In the morning, you will get your adrenaline pumping as you go rafting while in the afternoon you will visit Bodega Sierra Norte, a winery that will immerse you in the world of wine, including a tasting.
