The IV National Contest d’olla amb carabassa Vicente Granero-Vila de Serra will be held on October 21. A professional contest that wants to recover the typical dish of this municipality nestled in the heart of the Calderona. The contest is part of the II gastronomic days of the pumpkin: tradition and innovation.

In the contest 12 restaurants will compete to see who makes the best olla amb carabassa. The contest is named after the award-winning local chef, Vicente Granero.
