We love pairings with local produce; the eternal marriage between wine and Levantine gastronomy. This is what the artisan would offer you in his house to stimulate the senses and let his wines walk tentatively through the thirsty heads of the visitor.

History designed sausages, cheeses and salted meats to exist between barrels and cellars where the courtship of a lifetime begins; a celebration. You are invited.

Includes a visit to the underground cellar and food and wine pairing: Tasting of 3 local wines paired with cheese, cold meats and salted meats.
