We propose this experience to get to know the different styles of yoga; you will also have the opportunity to learn to meditate in different ways, such as through the vibration and sound of the ancient gong or the harmonic bowls, mindfulness, anapanasati, yoga nidra, etc.

Welcome session, where the programme and timetable will be presented and the treatments to be carried out during the stay will be defined.
